Hi there people,
Today when I finished my gym session I thought I'd ask the helper lady to check how I'm going overall.
I've never felt the need to see how I was going, but at the begginning (last September) I was 19.5 percent BFI and I'm not sure how much BMI.
Now I'm 11.5 percent BFI and 20.5 BMI
For a while I've had an idea of getting down to 12 percent BFI and so now I'm actually less than that I don't really know what to do!
I am not satisfied, in that my ultimate goal is to have more noticable abs and offcourse a six pack would be nice
So should I carry on doing about 30-40 minutes Cardio and 20-30 minutes weights?
Maybe push myself more on the weights or something? I feel as if cardio is essential even if I'm not trying to lose weight as it is good for your body overall.
I dunno, what do you people think?
I'd really like everyones suggestions at this stage and it is very much appreciated.
I know I'm probably quite a typical case but a six pack is surely within my grasp now?
Cheers ppl.
Rob.
