I haven't given up guys. I promise! I got really sick so I was off the gym for a week. Had a staph infection (wtf) coupled with another bacteria infection in my throat. Ahh. BUT I'm back at it again. Now I'm just super busy with work and working out. Haven't really had a chance to sit down at my computer.

So…I've been running a lot. I love it. Too much though. I think my body is getting too used to it. So this week my challenge is to switch it up. I need to incorporate body circuits back into my routine. I know I'm in the 160's. Just not sure where. We shall find out on the 1st.
