Shot #2

Hey I hope you are feeling up to snuff!! The gym will be there when you are :) I don't imagine you are eating much anyways so you should pretty much be where you left off.
 
March is just so not my month.

I was feeling better like (no fever, no body aches, no chills) and then I woke up this morning and I lost my voice. I sound horrible. My throat is still hurting.

BUT a lost voice doesn't mean I can't get into the gym. Didn't do much but I still did SOMETHING and something is better than nothing.

- 20 minutes on crosstrainer

Eating is really spot on. I don't even think about it anymore. I just snack on fruits and veggies. I'm down to 1-2 processed things a day and that's my oatmeal or the cereal I'll have. Go me :)

:hurray: This is really great Jes, and although the workout is not as much as you usually do, it was still great as well :) Keep it up!!
 
You can't give up on March yet! You still have a while! Good job on going to the gym and I hope you feel 100% soon :)

Sorry to hear that march hasn't been treating you well! But girl, even under your conditions, you're working out like a pro!! :)

I hope things are going well for you!! I think about you every time I pull the jumprope out and torture myself :) hehehehe
 
I haven't given up guys. I promise! I got really sick so I was off the gym for a week. Had a staph infection (wtf) coupled with another bacteria infection in my throat. Ahh. BUT I'm back at it again. Now I'm just super busy with work and working out. Haven't really had a chance to sit down at my computer.

So…I've been running a lot. I love it. Too much though. I think my body is getting too used to it. So this week my challenge is to switch it up. I need to incorporate body circuits back into my routine. I know I'm in the 160's. Just not sure where. We shall find out on the 1st.

Sorry to hear you're not well health wise! I hope that turns up! Regardless, you still pour out amazing gym sessions!!

I know how you can handle loving running so much...give me some of that joy?! hehe...it's great that your running has picked up and you're doing so fabulous! You're really doing an amazing job!!
