Starting back up again

Unfortuantely, it's been 2 years since I first joined this forum and never managed to lose any significant weight, just have been yo-yoing as usual. I don't know how long this will go on but I guess it's now or never right?! Right now, I'm unemployed, not in school anymore and have A LOT of free time on my hands! I woke up this morning thinking how much I need to get my life back. First thing I did was go grocery shopping at 530am. I tried to stay away from meat altogether but figured it'd be too drastic to cut out meat right now since I am a huge meat eater, I know I would not last long so I decided to just grab some Healthy Choice meals w/ chicken. I also picked up some baby carrots and soy milk. I tried to go with the organics but there were not that many choices and they are so expensive! Hopefully I can eat good and tasty! I am going to include a workout in today, probably running on the treadmill and some free weights to work out my flubbery arms!
