Hey everyone! Long time since I posted, but not much to post! I'm starting a 21 day diary. You all had told me it takes 21 days to form a habit, and thats what I intend to do! To make working out a habit! So for the next 21 days - which makes 7 weeks of 3x's a week full body routine! Although I haven't been posting, I have been lurking around a seeing everyone Else's great accomplishments! I'm tired of feeling like this! I need this for my mental, and physical well being! I've been very stressed out last month-which has given me health problems. I'm young, and need to GET A GRIP!! I need to learn how to let things go, and not be so worried about what others think of me. No to carry around so much anger in my heart! So today starts day one of my journey! I will repost Monday, exactly what I did for my routine! Thanks everyone for your past, and future support! I can't do this with out ya's!!!!
