Last night I did 25 min on the eliptical and it was nice, I didn't do a blow out sweatin my butt off exercise cause I kinda don't feel all that great. My nose is all stuffy:( So far today has been good.

Breakfast~
cereal w/ whole milk (ran out of 1%:( )
coffee

Lunch~
left over spaghetti

Snack~

Dinner~

Hopefully today is a good day. I feel a lil like poo cause of the cold but I will keep up the good work:p

I really feel like poo. This cold has really got me. :( I am starting to get a cough and a sore throat now:mad: I went to the store and bought some stuff to help get my immune system up cause getting sick twice in one month isn't good and I don't understand cause I have been eating healthy. Oh, well. I am at 138 now, mostly due cause I really don't feel well and I have been living on b, l, and d...and then drinking hot tea all day to help my cough and stuffy nose, what a bummer:(

Breakfast~

alphebet soup with crab meat & old bay seasoning.

Snack~
handful of goldfish
2 whole wheat fig newtons

Dinner~
hambuger helper (made w/ ground turkey)
broccoli

I felt horrible that I didn't eat breakfast today, I think really helps the weight loss, I was also late getting my daughter to school cause we over slept:eek: . I think the only exercise I will get done is house work. I feel poopy:(
Yea all that got done today was me taking my girlie girl to school and getting a curtain sewn (hand stitchin' gotta love it :( ) My hubby cooked dinner tonight, which by the way was very funny! :D He doesn't cook that much. Overall I think I did well with the calories maybe not enough but I definitley need to step up the fluid intake!

I'm happy for ya. Another pound lost!! Now you could say "Adios' , Peace out, Saranaria (dunno how to spell to word), Late" to taht pound!!!!!!! Yeh!!!!!! One more pound girly. You could do it. I got your post on my journal. Thanks !!! It is hard to get them use to not being spoiled. Even after a couple of days. Well, I really hope you feel tons better. And Stay awya from the cold wheather, if you have any. Have a good one
 
Thanks JB88. It is chilly here. In the 40's today. I can't wait for spring to come so I can open the windows! I have been thinking about it now just to air out the house from everyone being sick. :( Still kinda sick. My lil man is out. He kept me up until 230am last night:eek: I am sooooooo tired, lol. I hope to do some of my boot camp tape today not too much cause I do want to get better!

Still sick huh:eek: And your lil boy. Sorry..............Wish I had some GET WELL powder to sprinkle on your forum:p LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So you got the billy blaks boot camp?? I do and I use to do it alot and I lost tons of inches. My Behind got lifted and fuller:D My hubby enjoyed that;)
ButI got bored of it. So that's why I go to the gym. I love those dvds. Well, try to have a good one and hope you boy gets better soon.
 
JB88, I like Billy Blanks. He is very encouraging! I do get bored as well but I have an eliptical and a couple of other tapes. I try and mixed it up but honestly my eliptical gets the most work!:) I have had an alright day today. I am getting better, yay:p . My son is getting better, BUT now my daughter is sick!:eek: The teacher sent home a letter today saying that a kid from Her school had the flu and came in on Monday and she was exposed to the flu:eek: I guess just another thing to pass around my house:mad: I have the wondows open today in the upstairs, it's only in the low 40's but I have to do somethingto help get the funk out! lol.

Something light as well!

Okay too embarassed to put the rest of what I ate today. Definitely not what I wanted to put it that way. I plan on waking up before the kids and putting in at least an hour. I need a kick in the butt cause I have seriously been slacking with the exercise the past couple of weeks. :(

Thanks JB88!:) I needed that. I was so tired last night. I did 20 mins of upper body work and then crashed. I woke up this morning way late at 9am. Too late for me but I think that after being sick and then the kids being sick that I really needed it. It is suppose to be in the low 60's today so I am going to air out the house again. It will be good for my daughter cause she is feeling worse today, it'll be good for her to get some fresh air! I am hoping with my fingers crossed that I am able to get in some more exercise today.

Today I am sore, I guess from last night. :( I also think I am getting sick again. I woke up with a pretty yucky cough. :mad:

Sorry I haven't been on in a couple of days. I am very sick this time:mad: I have been a couch potato for the past 3 days. I have maintained my 2 pounds weight loss. I am very tempted to go to the doctors but I honestly don't have the energy to drive there with both of the kids. Kids are getting better as well. I hope everyone is well today!:D
 
ohhh no, you poor thing! I do feel for you. Just do your very best to take care of yourself, and you'll be back to good health in no time..in the meantime, rest best ya can!
 
Thanks Skinnykate, we have been passing this around the house for about a month now. I'm getting very tired of being sick! It is suppose to be 78 as a high today. Once it hits the warm temp outside the house is getting opened up again and I would love to clean but I just don't have the energy. My hubby has been doing all the cleaning. :eek: I'll just say he is doing his best, lol.
