Thanks JB88! I wish it was 139 this morning. :( I am hanging in there though thank you. Late post I know. I am in a grumpy mood! :mad: I swear my period is going on having it forever! Before I had kids it lasted 2 days and I never had it at night. Now OMG, it's like the flood gates have been opened. :eek: argh. It normally is about 7 days :eek: , which is really bad when your hubby is starting to look like a nice time;) . Enough about my grumpiness.

Breakfast~
ww toast w/ chunky pb
apple
coffee

Lunch~
salad w/ cheese, can of tuna, salad dressing
(it was very good!:p )

snack~
pickles
then a lil ice cream

dinner~
salad w/ turkey burger, cheese, dressing
broccoli

I am looking for a part-time job right now to help out with bills and to start saving for a fence, patio and french doors for this summer. Thing is I just wouldn't make enough of anything and I have no idea what to do. I want to go back to school but the funds seriously aren't there. My hubby is now making half of what he normally does cause his work has slowed down and it's killing us. :( I just wanna cry!
Don't know if I will do more exercises tonight I am kinda mad at myself at how easy it is to slip up a little bit. I also need to stop being so pi**y. I am gonna shower and then head off for bed. My patience is about as big as a grain of sand.

Wow!!! were were lucky to have your period for only two days. I know what you mean about waiting till it's over with ur hubby!!!! And you know what I am in the very same situtation as you. I am looking for a part time JOB but it's hard and livining in texas they usaully don't pay unless of course you got a degree for a better job. And you have every right to be upset, just take time to yourself and blow of some steam. I do it almost every day. Well I hope tomorrow will be a better day for you. Don't worry things will get so much better in time. Just be thankful you got your healthy family toghter(wich i know you do apperciate). Keep ur head.
 
Thanks JB88! That was really nice and I am very greatful to have my family together and healthy. Since my husbands overtime has been cut he doesn't work weekends anymore. I want to get a job on the weekends and right now waitressing or going to Cosco (they pay 11an hour here). I wanted to work at Citi or a mtg company that is open 24/7 for a 20 hour weekend but no one is hiring, not to mention that I haveto drive 45 mins to make $2 more an hour then PA. But still I priced daycare and $250 was the going rate, factor in gas and forget it. :mad: Hopefullywe can make it work. I am trying to talk my mom into helping with watching the kids so I can work. So far not so good. She said she only would when Dj couldn't not all the time. :(
 
Yay!

I'm in a much better mood! :D I took a shower which was great, hubby joined me;) . Then I did my hygiene stuff and exercised. I did strength training from one of my shape magazines, I thought it would be like 10 mins, try more like 35 mins. but it felt good! My arms are really sore now, which is good! So I did 35 mins of strength training and then 11 mins on the eliptical today. :) Did better than I thought!

Thank you JB88. I am in a much better mood today! I talked to my hubby today about my weight and was suprised to know that when I started losing weight after my lil man, I was at 163. My hubby actually has an interview this evening with a temp company and he either hopefully will get a part-time evening job or replace the job he has now. My fingers are crossed! I was thinking about going to a retail store, only to be able to get clothing at a discount. With kids that is a blessing!:)

I am not sure yet if I have to take my hubby to the dmv this afternoon or not. So I will let you know how exercising will go. I hope to get at least 30 min of cardio today!

Well my fingers are crossed too for your hubby. As for the 3 day diet it has low cal I think for the whole day it's about 800-1000. I belive it does trick your body. The first time I ever did it ihad a headache cause of course I was not use to eating like that. Here's the diet:
Day :1 Day 2: BF: BF:
Black coffe or tea Coffe or tea
1/2 grape fruit or juice 1 hard boiled egg
1 slice of toast 1 slice of toast
1 T peanut butter 1/2 of banana

Lunch: Lunch:
Cofee or tea 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of tuna 1/2 cup of tuna
1 slice of toast or cheese 5 saltine crackers

Dinner: Dinner:
2 slices of any meat(3oz) 2 hot dogs(franks)
1 cup of string beans 1 cup of broccoli or cabbage
1 cup beats or carrots 1/2 of carrots or turnips
1 small apple 1/2 banana
1 cup of vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup of vanillaice cream

Day 3:BF:
Black coffe or tea
5 saltine crackers
1 slice of chedder cheese
1 small apple

Lunch:
Black coffee or tea
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice of toast

Dinner:
1 cup of tuna
1 cup of carrots or beets
1 cup of cauliflower or greens
1 cup of cantalope
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

do not vary or substitute any foods, Salt and Pepper may be used but no other seasoning.after 3 days of dieting, you can eat usual foods, but don't over eat.Then after the fourth day start back on diet,etc, ect....
Drink lots of water. You can loose up to 40 pounds in a month.

JB88, I don't know if I could do that diet. It seems like a lot of food. Like Nutrisystem, my Mom tried it and it made her gassy so she gave it to me. It was too much food. I like to eat but I felt like it was a chore with that.:rolleyes: BUT, ice cream is always a plus when you are trying to lose weight!:D

I'll need to try that. I learned the pb and ww toast when I had gestational diabetes with my son. I couldn't have cereal and I could only have 30 carbs every 2 hours:( . So that was my yummy alternative. Also pb on graham cracker dipped in milk, YUM!:p
 
RNW, don't worry about me keeping the competition coming! I lost a pound! :D I am at 139, I haven't seen that on the scale in a very long time. Before my son was born that's for sure. It has made my day! :)

I am going to try and do some eliptical and hubby tonight. I am not feeling the best so I have to g et a ton of sleep tonight so I will feel better in the morning!
