SkinnyKate, as far as getting to 120, I really hope so cause I have 3 bikinixs from about 5 years ago that are so cute and they are calling my name! I am tired of my whole piece! I am really motivated and I am tired of feeling crappy about myself.
With watching 2 kids under 1, I think I will be very entertained. I love kids, so it shouldn't be too hard. My friend is trying to work around my daughters school and dance schedule so I am not having to take her in and out of the car a billion times. Plus the extramoney is an incentive! We will be saving half the money every week to put a fence up in our backyard and to get a swingset/climbing thingy for the kids. I don't care for our neighbors mom too much, yesterday I caught her flicking a cigarette butt in our yard, I was livid!:eek: But what can you do but block em out :D I think the kids will be great!:)

Well today will be not such a good day. My husband is a construction worker and has fallen off a ladder. From what I have heard so far it sounds like it is broken and possibly will need surgery cause it was around his knee area that he got hurt. There goes our house:( He is the one that works and without him working there is no way I could possibly match his salary!

Hubby is doing good, he is such a drama king. :cool: I have the flu right now. Woke up this morning with a temp of 102. It stinks, I feel like crap. I won't write my foods today cause frankly I can't stomach a whole lot right now. :mad:

Feeling better today, I think I drank all my calories from orange juice yesterday. :eek: Today I am doing a little better, my fever is going down. It was 99 this morning. I hoping by tomorrow I will be fine.

granola bar

chicken with brown rice and broccoli

No exercise if I do any today it will be easy and simple like the house work that has fallen a bit behind. :eek:

hi..i was cetching up on your diary and wanted to say hello. looks like you are doing great. i am also an elliptical junky ;) and we also weigh about the same similar goals...just curious as it probably is embedded in the diary somewhere, but how tall are you? i'm curious for personal opinion as i'm not sure 100% as to what the "end goal" is exactly. keep up the great work...

sorry to hear about your husband. that is terrible. i hope he is okay. also, your fever...rest up and drink lots of fluids!!
 
Thank you very much Skyler. My hubby is doing good. He just strained the muscle and I think over extended his ligaments. He has hardly any bruising, he says it just feels like a constant charlie horse now. He is very dramafied. lol, we all thought he broke his leg. He tripped on the fourth floor of a new construction condo building and he was carrying a slider and he slipped and the slider fell on him and he twisted his knee funny. :eek: He's doing better now. Thank you for the concern. :p
I am 5'4'', I think that now after having kids that weight will get me back into my clothes. I got close to that weight after having my daughter but gained it back after having my son and it has been super hard this time around. I'm almost at a year and a half!:eek: At least I know it won't come back though! A good site to check out your medically suggested weight is:

I really like this site. It is very informative from a medical stand point not a your too skinny or too big and also goves you an average of your age group as well. :) Hope that helps some!
 
Morning! Just wanted to say I'm glad to hear you are starting to feel bett er, and that your hubby is surviving his fall. :) Even if he is a bit dramaified!

Hmm I tried your link. It is interesting, and actually says my ideal weight is 128lbs. lol.. I like that, means I can stop 3lbs sooner! :)
 
NewLeaf, I am glad it was helpful.

Today not doing so good, feel like crap. Worse than yesterday, I think I did way to much yesterday...to soon for me to clean the house like a mad woman! So right now the kids and I are melting down old crayons and making new ones. :p

Don't think exercise will be that great today but I have done some "light" cleaning. Maybe I'll do some calistetics(sp) or some yoga to help me relax. :)
Well I have eaten and ate a lot of protein at lunch thinking that would help but since I am starting to get better I feel like I could eat down the house. I think I have done very well today cause any other time I would. I think I just need to drink more water and rest.

Looks like you're doing great :D Chicken sounds good and why is it called a beef burger? Aren't burgers beef anyways? :p Good luck with your exercising and cleaning? :bleh:

Ocire, I call it a beef burger becuase I mostly eat turkey burgers or veggie burgers. It less fat and less saturated fat with the turkey than the beef. I don't eat a lot of red meat.
Well today I am feeling better, not 100% but about 95%. I have my coffee this morning and have already started the laundry. I can tell I am getting better cause I can't sleep at night now :mad: . Oh well back into weight loss mode.

turkey burger w/ ketchup no bun
3 pieces of keilbasa(sp)

Hopefully I want to do some exercising today but nothing to kick my butt today. Last night I did some floor exercises and also exercises on my ball. It was about 20 mins. but it felt good to start moving again.

Well I was suppose to be hanging out with one of my good friends today but she totally blew me off. I'm kinda upset. I have been house cleaning all day and still steady at 141:D I'm just so glad to be losing again.

1 piece of toast w/ slice of chedder, mustard, 2 cuts of kielbasa(sp?)

apple w/ 2 tbs. crunchy pb

Hopefully I can get the rest of the house cleaning caught up today! Being sick makes me sick of my house!:p

Last I night I did 25 mins on the eliptical. :D It felt good to get back on there. Today I have a birthday party for my grandparents at a pottery painting place, then back to my aunts house for home made lasagna and salad. It will be more of the salad for me though. I am confident.;)

Hopefully tonight I will be able to get back on the eliptical, my hubby and I are watching the Jamie Foxx comedy thing tonight. It should give me plenty of laughs while I exercise!:D

I cant wait to get to 141. It wont be TOO long I dont think! Im also really pushing my water today! Keeps the hunger attacks at bay for sure! and on the dinner, I see that you truly are confident! good for you!

I checked your link to and while it says 128, Im still going to strive for 120 if its possible.My fat percentage is still wayyy up there, and to get it at a healthy percentage would be great! it said 26 percent!:eek:

Amen on the house cleaning! I finally got a hair up my wazoo to really do the kitchen...ugh! Smells like bleach and pine sol now! Hopefully burned a few cals doin it.
 
SkinnyKate I am sure you will be at 141 in no time. I am hoping for 140 in the morning at weigh ins! :rolleyes: I did do pretty well at the dinner. I had the vegetarian lasagna and some salad. I also treated myself to a small piece of cheesecake. :p I would have normally probably had 2 pieces of cheesecake and a piece of the pie. I was very proud. Tonight I started a weight loss journal for myself to write things down during the day. Also to put in exercises from magazines as well as inspirational weight loss stories from Fitness magazine.:D I am very ready to reclaim my prebaby body! ;)

Feeling good! 140 this morning. :D I just can't wait until the scale says 139! Haven't seen that in about 2.5 years! I can't wait for the next challenge to start either I am very excited!

Thank you very much. I almost a year ago but stop posting over the summer. My weight actually went down a few pounds but now I am back on target for my goal weight. No more excuses. Thank you for the post! :D
