Alrighty I really need a kick in the booty!I need to get back into gear. Summer is moving in!!!I want to get billy blanks bootcamp tape. They say that the exercise burns 600cals in an hour!!! So starting tomorrow I need to start counting calories and moving my butt again. Tomorrow I begin again!
 
Hi mate I no how you feel with this flu it has sure knocked me around a bit this week :eek: . :D ok one kick coming your way lol I have been pretty shocking this week also so im bending over here waiting for a good swift kick back ;) . Good luck with your fresh start and I shall be keeping my foot ready just in case :p .
 
Being sick is the worst, especially when you're trying to diet. Don't feel bad about slipping, just start up again as soon as you can.
 
I am recupping form this horrible cold as well...its the worst....well Monday is here again...back to another start..we can do it.
 
Thank you so much everyone. I really needed some support from somewhere. A 3 year old can't exactly say hang in there mom and hubby is just at work so much he's too tired to notice my effort with it. Alrighty today has been a better one since last week.
Breakfast:
2 pieces whole wheat toast
2tbs. spread

Lunch:

tomato and sprout sandwich w/mayo

I'm doing pretty well today. I think that for dinner I am going to have a ton of veggies with whatever I make for everyone else. I am also going to have fruit or carrot sticks for a snack. After the show my daughter is watching I am going to do a low impact exercise, just to get back into it. Probably my ball exercise. Again, thank you guys a lot. I needed that :)
 
You're doing great girl! Way to get back into it! You mentioned the Billy Blanks boot camp video! I just saw it advertised for the first time yesterday! OHHH I want it! hehe!

Anyway, way to go and thanks for posting in my diary. :) Just get your little girly to play on her ball with you. Haha

Oooh, you have an elliptical at home?!!! I'm so jealous! If I had one at home I would work out every damn day. The elliptical (or gazelle as I like to call it) is my favorite. I might buy a ball and some weights to use at home while I watch tv-where did you get yours? I think they sell them at Target...I don't want to spend too much money because I'm perpetually broke, especially since I have to buy all of my healthy expensive vegetarian food.
 
Fuunky~I bought my eliptical at Sears, it was on sale. I think we paid about 400 and that was years ago. I know they have them cheaper! I got my exercise ball and that kinda stuff at wal-mart, it's cheaper there. It was about $16. Hope that helps some!

Hopefully it gets a little better outside. I have to take the dog to the vet and it's 45mins away. It's a nasty slushy snow here, yuck. I like the nice warm sunny weather like yesterday that we had.

Did great with exercise. I did a 60 min dvd of "The Firm, sculpt and cardio, which was great. I was all sweaty and yuck so I know it was doing something good. But....I burned at dinner and had a ton! Dinner is the hardest time for me. Hopefully tomorrow is better :(
 
Well today was as great with calories but definitely a lot healthier than the past couple of days.

Breakfast:

So 1479cals for the day isn't too bad. I did exercise today, 25min on the eliptical. Was way too sore from the firm tape yesterday to even try something else. I figure if I up the water I should be alright to flush a lot of the salt out. Tomorrow should be even better, the "bad" stuff is out of the house now.
 
Lol shell I no what you mean about being sore after starting something new, looks like that kick in the backside worked :p

Today is my exercising day off for myself. Besides the fact that I was up super early to take the baby to a well visit I am very tired. I think with all the house cleaning I have done today that should count for something :p .

Today has been great as far as cals. for me. Hopefully when dinner comes I don't bomb again. Fingers crossed. I have a treat for myself for when I get to 150. That is 6 pounds away right now(I know, I know). I bought my favorite polish for summer to put on my toes to get into the warmer spirits. But I won't paint them until I reach 150. (By the way, I hate not having my toes painted!!! :mad: I worked in a salon as a nail tech, couldn't have my finger nails done...so I became really weird about having my toe nails done all the time!!!) Hopefully this will help me, I don't like bare toes :(
