Woe is me. Haha, have to be prepared for tomorrow. I didn't eat before class, big no-no! I had no energy, the instructor just drains it from your body... thinkin before workouts I am going to eat a can of tuna and a piece of toast with a TBS of peanut butter to get carbs and protein and right after drink a protein shake, need to start tracking my food again for class... ah!Hey guys, just some updated pictures on those pesky pants! I love my friends here. So today was actually not too intense in class, we did core stuff, so while it hurt it wasn't as much moving and kicking and punching as the past 2 days. We did stuff with balance (on the dreaded bosu of course!) and I know my booty is going to be hurting tomorrow!
