Maybe the reason you're not seeing huge losses could be that your actually gaining some muscle from working out so much? I know I've seen major differences in my body even though the scale hasn't moved, at times. Plus, with natural fluctuations and all that..it's really hard to judge weightloss on such a short time scale! So don't let it get you too down.![]()
