Its the start of a new month so many of us will want to set ourselves a target to lose weight or maintain over the next month.

Feel free to join me here.

Copy the scoresheet and state your aim.
You may want to lose a set amount of weight eg 1 pound or 2 pounds a week
You may want to lose for instance 1% of your weight at the start of the month
You may have made it to your goal weight and have your eye on Maintaining for instance within 3 pounds of your goal weight.
You may even have an alternate weight problem and have weight to gain.

I'm pretty sure this is a semi-temporary low and that tomorrow's numbers will go up slightly, but I'm happy to see things back on track:

I came up a little shy on my weight loss goal, but did better than expected on body fat which is primarily what matters. October goals include dipping below the 275 lb mark:

which is over 3.9% of my month's start weight.

Naturally - I'd prefer a little more - but I'm pretty happy with half a stone
 
Thanks. You've done great too, averaging just shy of maximum recommended 2 lbs or 1% per week!
