hey everyone first and foremost congratulations to all of you for your first 8 days of success you guys are doing GREAT!! Now I want to see if I could please join even though I'm late I just ran into this forum recently
Since Im late my goal will be 6lbs (2lbs off for the next 3weeks)
Hey! I wasnt healthy to start with! why bother with healthy weightloss! lol
Nah Im not so much worried about the weightloss amount but more worried about a plateau which so far ive managed to avoid. Ive added in cycling to get over this bump. One thing im stringent on is that i eat a balenced healthy amount, and in fact ive lost my taste for a lot of things (Which is great!)
Another post, I am wondering if anybody here has that "one day off a week" where they do eat what they wont but exercise that day too, lemme kno, thanks~!
