Is it too late for me to join in?? I really need some extra motivation.
 
I'm a few days behind as I'm just joining along on this forum, but would like to join none the less.
My starting weight as of today would be:
244 :cool:

So how'd we survive the weekend challengers?? I did pretty well...could have done better, but we went on vacation, so.

Come on girls, 1st week is almost over already....3 to go...lets rock!!!
 
I need to join this group. The past month and a half I have had no motivation for exercise. I haven't gained any weight but I haven't lost any either. I really need to get back on track!!

Start Weight: 180
Goal Weight (end of Sept): 170 or less
 
I think we need to change Chunky Soup's name to Chunky Soup Lite!
WTG!!

As for splitting up into smaller groups, I'm fine with the way it is...I don't really see the monthly #10 Club as a challenge or competitive, more like a motivating goal club :)

Whether we lose 4 pounds or 10, it's the fact that each month, we're striving to get leaner & fitter!

Hi! I'm new and a little late,but if it's ok I'd like to join for this month. How does it work exactly? I'm unsure. My starting weight is 160.
 
arg my weight loss has been just about nada this week, compared with last weeks neartly 7lb, i started september off with a minor fizzle.
 
Well, I did weight training this morning and two cardio workouts this afternoon. Hopefully, it'll kick start my metab.

okay, i know im like a week late, but i want to join!! I am aiming to lose 15 lbs this month~!!!

Starting Weight-290
Goal Weight -275


P.S. my weigh in is tuesday, so i will post my weight tuesday and then every tuesday of this month~!

TravAndEm, now, now dont go overboard. Aim low and be surprised rather than aim high and be disappointed :D

Well i must be nearing or something a plateau or something. only lost 2lb this week which is under normal, and 1 the week before. I must admit ive eaten at a LOT of parties and done real well though the past 2 weeks, but ive thrown in some biking to and from work to mix things up :)
Hopefully should get things going again :D
