I need to join this group. The past month and a half I have had no motivation for exercise. I haven't gained any weight but I haven't lost any either. I really need to get back on track!!

As for splitting up into smaller groups, I'm fine with the way it is...I don't really see the monthly #10 Club as a challenge or competitive, more like a motivating goal club
Whether we lose 4 pounds or 10, it's the fact that each month, we're striving to get leaner & fitter!
TravAndEm, now, now dont go overboard. Aim low and be surprised rather than aim high and be disappointed
Well i must be nearing or something a plateau or something. only lost 2lb this week which is under normal, and 1 the week before. I must admit ive eaten at a LOT of parties and done real well though the past 2 weeks, but ive thrown in some biking to and from work to mix things up
Hopefully should get things going again
