Senior needs help with my work outs.

I must look into using hemp oil for my arthritis. Bella will love the warmer weather & being able to go for leisurely walks.

CBD oil also has good anti-inflammatory properties, without the high of THC

It smells so bad though... I'm sure smelly is better than painful but oof I hate it when my patients use a lot of it.

Bella’s oil doesn’t really smell. She just gets 1/2 eye dropper twice a day.
I checked the bottle and the cbd is in coconut oil.

Another February freezing rain day here in Ontario. Back on the stair-climber in our basement this afternoon.

Feeling good at the 30 minute time on the Treadclimber so I pushed through to 40 minutes. Feeling it now. LOL But the 500 cal made it worthwhile.

Had another 500 cal workout on the stairclimber today. But I noticed it took almost 3 minutes longer to hit the 500 cal target. The workout felt just as hard, & I was definitely fatigued at the end. I looked back at yesterday’s data and I see I took too long to warm up today. My heart rate at below 130 bpm for 9 minutes, compared to 2 minutes yesterday.

What could also play a role is fatigue from yesterday's workout. You can't go hard on the same muscles every day.

We usually alternate a casual walk & strength session & then cardio next day, but we’re at our kids place dog sitting while they’re on a ski holiday. They have same model Treadclimber but not the weights. It’s snowing heavily here, so no outdoor walk for next day or two. But shoveling is in the forecast 😂

Well that sucks, just finished shoveling the deck & 2 driveways for 90 minutes. Forgot to start a workout on my watch. My Apple Watch says I have 18 active minutes so far today.

Your watch (FRED) is definitely a liar. It took me a while to find the meaning of that acronym :ROFLMAO:
