about 60 pounds give or take.... i haven't been that weight since i was a child so i'm hoping i can do it

nov. 2nd i started..... by july 18th i'll hit my goal..... 32 weeks

diet (low cal.) and lots of exercise

eveeryone seems supportive so far....nobody is as disciplined as i am when i want something

very.....i can do this and you can't stop me....

If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be? 160-180

Why do you want to lose weight? health/vanity
Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event? naw....it's for me....
What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? nothing really... i'm free and clear to do this now..
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? i have made myself lazy and unfit eating junk that i thought tasted good and drinking booze and soda allllll the time
What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight? only water (maybe some milk and juice) bringing my calorie count down and cutting the junk...oh and running and biking
Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight? i did but it was unintentional...
Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time? done
Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?i do but i'm always looking for better foods
How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go? not often since i started... once in a week
What are your three favorite foods? pizza,potatoes,steak.....ughhhh....
What are your three favorite restaurants? no faves really
If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different? i would take care of it
Do you eat when you are not hungry? nope
Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)? sometimes
Do you hide your food or eat in secret? no
Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed? sometimes
Do you eat as a reward? no
Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer? maybe...
What do you normally eat for a meal? nothing good.... i was on a fast food diet for a long time up until now... i put and end to it...
What type of snacks do you eat? ice cream/popcorn....ect....
In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing? running/walking/jogging with nike plus for iphone.... it's awesome
Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home? home....
What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise? running/swimming/bikeing
What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals? my kids....my health... my mile time
Do you have rewards for certain goals? no but i should.... good plan...

1.for my health
2.for my appearance
3. for my 2 toddler boys (one of whom is disabled and eats through a feeding tube 100%)
….i don't want to have to tell them why all the nice people are pointing and making fun while assign why daddy isn't in the water with all the other manatees….
my weight has gone up and down all my life but i've never actively tried to lose weight before and now i NEED to…. sooooo….

i decided that i needed to change this after the last few months have been the worst of my life. i'd been in a downward spiral for a long time….depressed…single (but still living with my boys mother) and just not happy all together… so now i've decided that it's time for a change…
this week i've made some changes that i'm going to follow through with no matter what…
starting tuesday i dropped sodas all together and picked up a bottle of VPX Meltdown (as recommended to me by a few friends) and threw out all the junk that was ruining my diet. and no more fast food. oh and i've gone all water (A LOT of water plus some 1% milk and OJ) and the meltdown keeps my energy up and curbs my cravings…in fact i have to tell myself it's time to eat…
i went shopping….. for good stuff
for the last week i've been alternating running/jogging (finally using the nike+ app)and intervals (16 miles this week already)
so……………i started nov. 1st at 235.0lbs
and
so today nov. 6th i weighed in at 227.6lbs
and that is where i am now…trying to do my best with having my boys half the time and my job delving mail…i'm going to update this once a week with pics if i can get that figured out. i know i'm going to get killed for wanting to take supplements because i know i should do it on my own…. but it's going for me and even if it's just mental… i don't care…
