seanbush:the diary (or) how i changed my life

umm...thanks...i guess...

xD hahaha I wish there was a way to post that face that vault boy makes when you get a Critical strike because that's way I felt when I saw that. (OMG I need to stop playing Fallout...like right now)

not quite sure what the point of seoalexray's post was either but yeah...You're almost in ONEderland! must feel sweet.

DDDDUUUUDEEE....yeah! when i started last month at 235 (nov. 2nd) i thought there was no way i would make it anywhere close to ONEderland by the end of the year..... but now it's becoming more and more of a possibility... i expect you to be stepping it up sir... i'm closing in on your numbers...

You WILL do it. I know you will. As for me, I've hit a nasty plateau right before the 30 lb mark (it f'ing figures). Admittedly, I have not been as proactive in busting it as I should be, so thanks for the swift kick in the ass :p My chips are down right now but I'm not letting the ****ing house win. It's won too many times.

OH SNAP!
thanks for getting me through that plateau taco bell...hehe...

gah!

sunday december 12th 2010

been super productive as of late... i'm going to attribute it to the fact that i've felt a lot better about myself and also having a lot of energy after working out.... i'm laying off that strength for a while.. i'm going to do an hour on the bike in the morning after 3 hours of work and then eat after. and then another hour about an hour before bed. it's awesome that i have the energy to do it. and this isn't just a leisure ride either... i'm above 22mph with a resistance program going the whole time.

besides that i got my own night doing NYE at a club in clearwater... it's a pretty popular spot i guess so i'll be doing a top 40,indie,dance,mashup type night... should go off well. hopefully i can land my own residency there and make my own weekly night. i'm tired of playing house parties and just making mixes at home... i need to work it on a big system.. NEED...

oh and i saw 205 on the scale after workout this morning.... booya! (or something)..lol...

ohhh you do music mixing stuff? thats pretty cool. Well done on the weight loss also btw - good stuff!

yeah.... it's crazy... i weighed in this morning at 204.2.... i'm actually doing it... i mean holt holy holy crap...

dear XL t-shirts,

you have now become my workout shirts.... i'm leaving you for LG shirts... i'm sorry... they just feel more comfortable now..

p.s. i am kicking ass...

sean

Dance party! You get to have your Duane moment now :D
Fantastic job, buddy. You totally wiped the floor with this thing in only a couple of months. I'm super proud of ya :)
Who's the pretty lady you're with?

ohaithar

this whole time i've been overweight i've been blaming it on the fact that i thought i had slow metabolism... now that i'm eating less and looking at calorie content plus exercise...... i'm learning that it has nothing to do with metabolism.... i was just a lazy asshole who ate too much... if there is something i really want now or i know i'm going to go out i'll do a few extra miles.... my new motto is "Run To Eat"

This is great, great stuff. Reading your journal is really motivating, when you say you're running are you actually running on the streets or on a treadmill? I am like you and love cardio as well, the bad thing is I also smoke so it's a balancing act..congrats on the 100's man that's great!
