Hey y'all, thanks for dropping by and for your good wishes.
Well I miscalculated my calories today and ended up eating 1753, with none burned as it was one of my days in the offices so no treadmill. But it was the fourth day of eating well, so maybe my body will "cycle" the calories. Yeah, that's the ticket.
This weekend should be okay food wise. I'm going to spend most of Saturday in the back yard and will eat all my meals at home but will treadmill first. Then Sunday I'll be able to treadmill in the morning but am spending the afternoon out. It will probably mean eating out, but I'm going to pack some snacks and just find something healthy to order if we go to a restaurant.
Gotta stay strong for the Monday Mid-Challenge Weigh In. I don't want to let my sisters down!!!!
