so! *happy dance* i lost those 4 lbs again + 1 ...yaay! I think im going to stick to weighing only once a week or every 2 weeks. Its so much better for me mentally-maybe when im a little bit more confident about my understanding of how my body works ill be able to weigh in more frequently and weather any temporary weight gain without feeling like its the end of the world - definately something to work towards!
yayayay!! great news!!And I agree with weighing in every week. I did that in the month of August. But I haven't weighed myself in a week. Have had couple of really bad food days. It is also good for me, mentally.
How's c25k going? I can't wait for W1D2.
