So I just got back from having dinner with my friend a few minutes ago. She's really behind my diet, and suggested that we walk to the Fargo instead of getting a ride. I thought that was a great idea. We had a nice relaxing 15 minute walk to the bar and just talked about the events of the week. On our way there, we ran into one of the admissions officers and got to chatting with her and her husband...the place where my school is located is so small, that it's not even considered a town, it's a village and living in a village gives you the opportunity to run into everyone and to have everyone know you. It's both a curse and blessing at the same time.
Dinner
Chicken spinach wrap w/wasaabi dressing - 320 calories
- grilled chicken, spinach, onions, and wasaabi dressing wrapped in a
red pepper tortilla. Served w/corn chips and a pickle slice.
The wrap was really tasty and filling. I had 8 corn chips from an entire pile and drank 2 glasses of water. I was full by the end of it. My friend and I called it an evening and walked back to our dorms. I'm still pretty full as it is, but when I entered my calories into fitday, it came out to only 1218 calories eaten for the day. I'll most likely have a banana before going to bed to up the calories. I don't know what's up, I guess I'm just not as hungry as I used to be. Even with the brownies I ate today, it wasn't enough to even put me remotely over the edge. Who would have thought that with being on a diet, I'd be struggling to get more food inside of me
