Just need to ask a bit of advice on this, ive seen professional athletes such as MMA fighters and Boxers using Saunas to cut weight.
Now I always thought this just drained your body of fluids to get your weight down and doesnt lose any body fat from you but however my Gym Instructor tells me its effective for losing body fat(if used safely).
Is it a good way of losing body fat because I may do about 40 minutes in the Sauna daily until Ive cut the weight.
Any experiences or advice on this will be appreciated
