Hi Saturday. I know that 210 rut well. I was stuck there through the holidays and when I finally broke it I about cried I was so happy. Have you tried upping your water intake? What about tracking changes in weight not just using a scale. Try measuring, if your not losing on the scale maybe your losing on the tape. I think I tried a million things to break that 210 rut, and I can't be sure what finally did it for me, one day I was 210, the next day I was 207 and a few days later 204. You can do this, its not easy, or everyone would be doing it (and the stats don't lie, very few of us are actually on the downward trend).
