So here I am..checking in. It's been a day or so since I posted and wow there seems to be alot of new people (as well as people that were here long before me resurfacing..I have a lot of catchin up to do!) I recalculated my calorie intake formula and found that, in order for me to lose 2 lbs a week, exercising at a minimum.... I have to take in 1600 to 1950 calories a week (thanks sparkpeople

). I did 50 minutes on the gazelle Friday night... but did NOTHING yesterday... Well, not NOTHING. I did about 70-80 pushups while watching a Christmas movie with MTM&K but still...felt like I was cheating on my workout plan. LOL.. But we did get the Christmas lights up outside which was good. I ended up with about 1800 calories but I've only had about 900 today

Not good..need to up that! Plus I exercised a fair amount today! Did the Maya Program..did Core training today. YOUCH on my abs. I did about 6 or 7 side crunch sets of 12. Then I got the bright idea to go for a run.
Okay. Here's a little sidebar about me and this thing called running. We don't mesh. at. all. Even when I was in the army, during basic training, I never completed a group run. I always fell out of formation. Which is kinda scary being that completing the runs is kinda a requirement for completeing basic training...which I did! They just penciled me through.

Shoulda went into the marines! LOL. Anyway, I have always had a problem with concentrating and breathing properly while I run. So going from Just indoor cardio and weight loss training to deciding to go jog around the block was just tomfoolery I tell you! I think I'll stick to the gazelle in the evenings instead of jogging and i'll walk while at work still. Ugh that was horrendous! LOL.
We're gonna watch another Christmas movie (can you tell we like them?) and have some kettlecorn. I need to catch up on everyones diary. Maybe I'll do that tonight...
