You have an intersting diary my friend...if it is morning sickness your poor wife...I was sick from the second I found I was prego with the second to the second I had her, I was even throughing up in labour during delivery!!! LOL

You sound liek a sweet man...and once we change our eating habits when we go back for a taste it isnt always pretty...LOL,,,I had KFC this weekend and real pop...I felt so horrible and sick...

Take care and good for you for jumping back up on that exercise wagon...
 
Question..I wouldl ike to post some pictures..but not sure if I can post a link, or are the rules (sorry..can't remember) that the images have to be imbedded to the posts? Oh...and two alilangels, thanks for the post and the kudos on jumping back on.... I'm trying my best to stay commited... work really hard... get all sexy for my wife... I'm a goofball at heart... and my passion is making her laugh!

hehe I had my younger ones that close, they are now 8 9 and 10. Its hard when they're young but worth it later on :D

What a great looking family! You have the cutest kids! My little guy is my life as well. I think everything he does is wonderful, and I hope it doesn't go to his head!
 
Thanks so much... There's a chance that we have another one on the way! She's been sick lately and she just has that "feeling" that she is... Our kids are loud and rambunctious... which is okay with me... it means that they're loving life...and they know when to be quiet... incredibly well behaved..and LOVE playing with each other. My daughter keeps tellin me that she wants a little sister! We may just have given her her wish LOL
 
So I've had my lunch...

Large Romaine lettuce salad
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes
Black Beans
Salsa
light ranch

WOW was that yummy..and only 216 Calories!! Makes me happy!

and for my birthday, some of the people in the office got me some sugar free York Peppermint patties. YAY for stemming sweet cravings... Hows everyone doing today?
 
Thanks BGS! If I can say... this board is awesome! I'm kinda scared that I'll end up posting TOO much and everyone'll get annoyed at my constant posts! Just tryin to "get in where I fit in"..know what I mean?
