Okay...that hurt
yeah... definitely hurt.
YES SIR CAN I PLEASE HAVE ANOTHER!
Okay...so apparently, as the days progress, and I get further into this wonderful @$$kicking known as p90x, I push myself harder and harder. Because let me tell you. Yesterday, I pushed so hard that my body was pretty much vibrating all...day...long. And then this morning, when I got up to do some kenpo, calves, my legs, hips and hip flexors told me I had another thing coming. They were mad at me... wanted me to continue because of the pain that it would involve me. Not them so much, but me! I do believe that my muscles are pure sadists...at lease when it comes to me that is. I swear I heard them laughing after we were done stretching.
You know how I said in earlier posts that I didn't feel like I sweat enough during my workouts? Almost as if I wasn't really working hard enough? Well..that can all be put to rest. Why? Because I think I made up for missing any sweat days all this morning..w00t was I a wreck this morning. Looked like I got thrown into a pool...okay maybe not that bad...but still. I was dripping for the most part. Anyway, today was my last day of doing this for 3 weeks straight...well...tomorrow is X Stretch but for the first leg of the lean program, I in the home stretch being that Sunday starts the recovery week for me! I must say, I do feel stronger, my form is better, clothes are looser, I'm lovin my all around change. I'm impressed even. Do I want to see more definition? well duh... but I know that's coming. I'm more concentrated on keeping my form now, and doing my reps properly.
I love this program... SO much progress after such a long plateau!
