Third times a charm eh? So... I've been slackin people. Well...technically not slacking. Just not as hardcore as I used to be. I've been maintaining and losing inches..but things have just gotten slow beyond belief! Instead of doing Cardio exercises, I've started walking/HIIT. I walk about 4 miles every morning...but it just doesn't seem to create the burn that I'm used to.
Oh..wait...where are my manners? Let me start again by saying, I'm sorry for the lack of support i've provided for everyone that would pop into my old diaries. And for all the new people, I started on this forums back in October of '05 at roughly 255 (when I initially started, I was at 275lbs). I've changed routines so many times, once I would hit a plateau, I would change up the routine so in efforts to "shock" my system. Well..that worked for most of the time...but this last time, it didn't really do anything really. I'm "stuck" at 195-199lbs. I've been putting on a fair amount of muscle, but that problem area gut o mine stays around like a villain in a horror movie that just WON'T DIE!!!! My job has been majorly stressful...not from the workload, but the people around me...it's frustrating to say the least. A change is coming so that's good... I have to apologize to everyone though... With all the new changes coming my way (Baby due next month, job, moving, etc), I won't be able to really hit other diaries like I would like too. I want to provide support, it's just so difficult! I will do my best though.
So, where does that leave me now? I was watching a bit of T.V. with the kids yesterday morning when an infomercial comes on. Now I know what you're thinking... "Just for 19.95, you can get everything you need.. and it will rear your children for you!!!" blah blah blah. Anyway..I should have it by tomorrow.. it's called p90x. it's a 90 day program of totally annihilating my body with exercise. Full on extreme obliteration of the remaining fat in my body. According to the plan, I must take pictures weekly to show my progress. No pictures today...but I'll take a picture tomorrow if that's when I start. I was doing some online research and it seems to really kick you in the rear... so here's to the new change..here's to kicking my own ass and finishing what I started! My buddy Tomble's back on the horse too and I think the competition has started again! Rock on! Here's to health!
