Yesterday's eating diary
Breakfast:
2 egg omelet with asparagus and mushrooms
topped with medium hot salsa
1 pear
Snack:
a handfull of almonds
apple
Lunch:
Seafood melt 2 pieces (chopped imitation crab, green onion, diced green pepper and celery, low fat cream cheese, garlic and onion spice..mixed) put on 2 slices of toast open faced toped with 1.5 ounces lite aged cheddar finely grated
Green salad
Dinner:
We ordered chinese food at work
-1 spring roll
-shrimp fried rice
- bok choy
- black bean beef
Snack (it was late, but i was hungry once i got home)
1 serving of prawns (I keep the cooked ones in the freezer)
defrosted and warmed a little...no sauce
*much better than going through a drive thru on my way home.
