Almost midnight, and im still up, infact i just ate...sighs.. one of thoe nights im having. I will start off with my diary, and then go into my day.. lol
Breakfast: (11 am) 2 scrambled eggs, sauted spinach and 1 red pear
3pm: small non fat latte, trail mix cookie
5pm: 1 McDonalds hamburger *no fries* bottle of water
7pm: Dinner at home with boyfriend, spinach and almond stuffed chicken breast with organic tomato sauce and 1 oz of goat chedder (between both pieces of chicken)
carrots and zuchini,
quinoa
1/4 small honey dew each (dessert)
finished my second liter of water
12pm, having a major binging urg. Was ready to put on my shoes to go through a drive through.
Opted for tuna on toast, with no mayo and a little grated cheese
More water
This seemed to help pass the BIG binge
