Shitty, today is the first day I didnt exercise in like 8 days and no I cant sleep, I need to remind myself I need that 30 mins a day as a mimimun...it is my stress realiver...(boy Ic ant spell...my dad always accuses me of murding the englis language now I see why...) LOL
 
lol...oh hunny, im the QUEEN of bad spelling. All i can say is, thank goodness for spell check on my computer. lol
I hope you are not going to be to wiped out for your day tomorrow
 
I will be draggin my ass but atr least I am workin wiht my boss tomorrow and not alone so that aint to bad...as far as my typos, you can tell my mind goes faster than my fingers...O)h and whenever you wanna walk jsut let me knwo, you have myt cell number, let me knwo what works for and I will see if I can work it out on my end...Im always around in the evneings...liek I said wiht the exceptions of picking up at 9pm on wed and thurs...oh and I guess droppin off...lol...spur of the moment works well for me too, but really the ball is in your court...you jsut let me know when...
 
Ok, this weekend for me has been a little buggered up. Having a bad cold just does not make me really care about what im eating. Though really, its not been all that bad i guess.
Yesterday I practically lived on cottage cheese and cantelope, mainly cuz it was easy, didnt take long to prepare it, and was quite refreshing
Last night dan and I ordered a medium vegetarian thin crust pizza from pizza hut, and we had salad

Today
Drank lots of green tea and water
went for sushi and had
- agadashi tofu
- shared an appetizer temura (2 1/2 pieces each)
- miso soup
- 3 gyoza
- 1 dynamite roll

had a caramel latte - medium in the afternoon

Dinner was:
- broiled snapper with salt, pepper, cajun spice,lemon juice and olive oil
- sauteed onions, green peppers, spinach and pumpkin seeds in citrus juice and ginger

Dessert:
Fruit salad of red pear, bartlette pear and cantelope

Dan helped with the cutting of fruit and stuff, which was great, cuz i was soooo not into it. We promised each other that we would really try to have a healthy dinner

Im off work at 6 on tuesdays, im home by about 6:30 or so Im not sure if its better to eat before or after the walk..lol
Wendesday i work my two jobs, so thats a bit of a write off..lol..and you have to pick up that day anyways.
Thursdays..i work till 9pm
Fridays i work till 8pm..lol *yeesh*
So, probably tuesdays, fridays and anytime if im not with dan, on the weekend.
When im not such a sicky, we will make a date!

Tuesdays and Fridays work, I want t exercise on Fridays and I rarely do , due to tiredness but a walk would be good...and yes a date...LOL...I havent had a date in years, HAHAHA...
 
Ohhhh, and i have to say this about Daniel, my boyfriend, I am so very proud of him, because he can now wear a shirt that i got him a few months back. It was way to tight, but i said i would save it. for when he could wear it. Well he told me he was down to a size 42 pant, so i said he should see how the shirt is fitting. It looked awesome on him. I could tell how good he felt about it as well.
So...yay for him!..lol

1:30 am, and im awake, had a really bad coughing fit, and now i cant sleep. I think im getting better though...thank goodness. Tomorrow im actually going to drag my ass to work... blech!
ok...today was not too bad...though i should have drank more water

Breakfast: 2 cups cantelope, 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 9 whole unsalted almonds. 1 large glass ice water

Snack: piece of leftover fish*heated* 1 apple *weird, but i was lazy..lol*

Lunch: 1 piece of whole grain toast, 1/2 sliced tomato, 1 oz low fat cheddar, 1/2 cup cuke slices, 1 red pear

Snack: large cup of tea with milk and splenda, apple slices with natural almond butter *it does really taste good..lol

Dinner: spaghetti squash with nutmeg, salt, pepper and garlic, oven roasted trout, sweet potato, salad with home made dressing. Large water, tea with milk and splenda,

Dessert: fruit salad, with red and bartlet pear, diced honey dew melon.. and i splurged with 1 tblsp grand marnier...*I told Dan that it prevents the fruit from turning color, which is technically true..but not why i used it. I just think it tastes yummy...lol ,diet coke
 
Hey you, your menu looks good lazy or not...yes the fog has been pretty bad...I hope you have a good day chicky, and now that we decided to star walking we need to figure out what neighbour hood is the safest, HAHAHA

Im at work right now, thought i would quickly jump on.. had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. I really wanted to sleep. Once im up, im good..lol..kinda

I always have a hard time gettin up...hahaha...unfortunately its gotta be done...I dunno abt walking I walk in parks in day light but i was thinking the Bear Creek Park area would be nice...like 84...it is slightly hilly and lots of lights :) where do you usually walk...
