Hey everybody...
Been doing alright the past couple of days. Kind of depressed... I know a lot of you can relate. Still been making it to the gym though, and doing great on my workouts. I just need the food side of things to follow suit. I had a talk with my trainer and he was pretty understanding. He's lucky. He can eat whatever he wants and not gain an ounce (he has 3% BF)... Lucky him!
Yesterday I did triceps and biceps. Today we did an aerobic workout, which I followed with some more cardio (40 minutes). I'm trying to eat better today, I went grocery shopping last night. Part of me just wants to go eat something tasty and bad though. I'm not giving in.
I plan on trying my damnedest to get to the gym in the morning. I find it exceptionally hard to get out of bed in the morning to go to the gym and workout. If I have a PT appt. in the morning it's easier because it's something I cannot miss. If it's just me though it's a different story, lol. I'm going to try really hard tomorrow and get there. I also have to get my car inspected tomorrow as well.
Yesterday I ate really badly. I had a crown burger for lunch, with fries and fry sauce (so so bad) and then I ate a candy bar, chips, and ice cream later that night. I felt like i was on a bender or something. I weighed myself today at the gym and was up to 217.3... Not happy about that at all but, I want to get down to 210. So, I'm changing my ticker to reflect the smaller goal and see if that works.

You know Sam, we all have days like you had yesterday, so don't beat yourself up about it. Enjoy the fact that you were able to treat yourself, and just keep moving forward from there. As long as you don't treat yourself everyday (like I have a habit of doing) then you'll be fine.
As far as getting up to go exercise, I have no idea what to say. I'm not a morning person and 80% of the time cannot hear alarm clocks when they are going off. I did once have a walking partner one spring and she would call me before 6am and did that for 2 weeks and then afterward, I was able to wake up without her calling, so maybe it's just our body needs some conditioning to do the things we want it to do.
