Sam UK's Diet Diary- determined yet blimmin nervous!

So the last week or so has been so up and down.. rushing about like a mad thing and staying up all night o finish final essays is not good for the diet- you grap anything that keeps you going, although Ive been relatively careful in my sugar boost chocies (honey on wholemeal toast and a black coffee) over say a load of cheap chocolate and a can of coke.. my main meals have been good too but my weights just been all over the place- went hideously up and down.. i didnt have time for any excersise...

but now things have calmed down a bit and i seem to back to some kind of routine everything seems back on track.. ive lots 1lbs.. this isnt the progress i intended what so ever bu im sure if i jst stick at it... itll happen eventualy right?

the sun is giving me inspiration- thinspiration!!! think BIKINI...

You will get the body you want but be forgiving to yourself- your schedule is manic and I can vividly recall how difficult it was to fit in exercise and attempt to maintain a regimented diet during college- not easy! But congrats- that one pound will be two and then ten soon! Bikinis here we come! xxx
 
The sunshine certainly does make for inspiration... u dont want to be trunching round all covered up- u want to be falshing it out and confidnatly.. been doing lots of beauty treatments at home as of late as a way of a treat after a hards days work doing my dissertation rather than a food treat how it used to be.. i now seemdily have the best skin, nails, feet and teeth ive had for yonks. its great to be indulgent- in that way! just cant wait to get back on the excersise.. i felt so much better but i really cant afford it time wise till next wed- when its in!! hurrah!! after that ive just got some presentations and a few mini essays but thatll be fine to fit in excersise too.. c'mon everyone let's think slender in the sun!
 
It is sometimes difficult to fit exercise into your schedule but even a 20 minute walk can be beneficial! Good luck on your work- it'll all be finished soon!
 
wooo-hooooh!! Despite still not ebing able to fit the excersise in, that'll all change Fri once my dissertation is in! Hurrah! I've lost weight! yeay.. feel so much better and healthier within myself too.. being very strict on the GL diet and following it exactly- weighing out everything too rather than just estimating.. Ahhh am dead happy : )

Only 9lbs to go!! Hurrah!!!! :p
