So the last week or so has been so up and down.. rushing about like a mad thing and staying up all night o finish final essays is not good for the diet- you grap anything that keeps you going, although Ive been relatively careful in my sugar boost chocies (honey on wholemeal toast and a black coffee) over say a load of cheap chocolate and a can of coke.. my main meals have been good too but my weights just been all over the place- went hideously up and down.. i didnt have time for any excersise...
but now things have calmed down a bit and i seem to back to some kind of routine everything seems back on track.. ive lots 1lbs.. this isnt the progress i intended what so ever bu im sure if i jst stick at it... itll happen eventualy right?
