There are no exercises you can do to get rid of it. Just time and then surgery if time doesnt deal to it in a year or two. Congrats on the loss though. you look like you lost more than 45lb thoughHey, so glad I'm able to find someone whos going thru the same thing. I lose 45 lbs and now my belly looks like this (3 months so far after I hit my goal, it has definitely shrinked in those 3 months)
Does it look really bad? do u think I'll need surgery or will it fade away in the next couple of months? are you doing any exercises in that area in specific? I'm 19/male
I thank you for being brave enough to put up photos like that. I've lost 80lbs and I'm definitely starting to see the same effect on lower stomach, upper legs and arms. I still have another 60lbs to go to goal and it's concerning, but I think that loose skin is a small sacrifice that I have to make in order to be healthier and happier.

I hate to say it but those sit ups were not what made the sag go away. It takes months to create stretched skin, just as it takes months for it to go away.I know it is not always possible to get rid of all the sagging skin but I can tell you that exercise does help.
I am amazed at how much better my tummy looks since I have been doing abdominal exercises over the last 10 months.
Granted I only lost 35 lbs but my tummy although looser than I would like, is pretty much flat.
Considering that I am in my early 50's I would think that a younger person would have even better results from toning exercises.
wtf? I never said anything of the sort. Of course it does. I said i doubt it was the exercise that made the skin shrink, as it would have shrunk anyway over timeHonestly, you don't believe that exercise tones muscles?
