Ok. Change of June-plans starting today... well, after I had some sleep
My eating habits the last few days have been... not good. But I bought some skincare products and dyed my hair again after a long time... I've been to anxious but... well... you could say that people will have a reason to stare now

So I did something for my skin but I think my scalp is going to hate me for a very long time

Anyway.
I have roughly a month before my birthday and I really want to see some progress and just feel fitter till then. So I'm going to try following one of the one billion plans you can find on the internet to be able to jog for thirty minutes in 30 days.
I'd really like to do some yoga in the morning but I... don't seem to have the calmness yet so I'll try starting the day with a little workout routine instead. Maybe one in the afternoon, too.
Drinking just tea and water would be desirable but I'll just say limiting it to 500ml a day to be a little more realistic after what happend last week.
My goal for next week will be <2000cal and I'll try reducing them by 100 per week until I reach 1700.
And I really have to take my supplements.... it's ridiculous how inconsistent one can be with such things...
Also I'll try incorporating more protein in my diet but I'm not going to focus on that since I managed being a little short on money this month so I'll try to do as less grocery shopping as possible the next two weeks and just raid my pantry
