Sadakie's Diary

Next time have some protein with breakfast. If I don't I am ravenous by lunchtime.
Back on the bike :)

But I've hit around 3500cal :leaving:

put it behind you, learn from it and do better tomorrow, don't beat yourself up about it.

Yup. No changing the past. Try to understand it and learn from it, then move on. And you came here and ´fessed up, that´s good!

Ok. Change of June-plans starting today... well, after I had some sleep :D

My eating habits the last few days have been... not good. But I bought some skincare products and dyed my hair again after a long time... I've been to anxious but... well... you could say that people will have a reason to stare now :rotflmao:So I did something for my skin but I think my scalp is going to hate me for a very long time :svengo:
Anyway.
I have roughly a month before my birthday and I really want to see some progress and just feel fitter till then. So I'm going to try following one of the one billion plans you can find on the internet to be able to jog for thirty minutes in 30 days.
I'd really like to do some yoga in the morning but I... don't seem to have the calmness yet so I'll try starting the day with a little workout routine instead. Maybe one in the afternoon, too.
Drinking just tea and water would be desirable but I'll just say limiting it to 500ml a day to be a little more realistic after what happend last week.
My goal for next week will be <2000cal and I'll try reducing them by 100 per week until I reach 1700.
And I really have to take my supplements.... it's ridiculous how inconsistent one can be with such things...
Also I'll try incorporating more protein in my diet but I'm not going to focus on that since I managed being a little short on money this month so I'll try to do as less grocery shopping as possible the next two weeks and just raid my pantry :leaving:

Have a nice day, guys! :hurray:

Sounds like a doable, sensible plan (although I couldn't get from 0 to 30 minutes jogging in 30 days). Best of luck with it!

Thank you, LaMa and Cate :beating: And yes. A lot of work in progress :willy_nilly:

___
So... yesterday it was 4:30min walk/ 30sec jog for 5 times. I felt like I wasn't really doing anything but it's really about being consistent and staying motivated.. and that's always the tricky part :leaving:
Did a few crunches and stuff after that and some more in the evening.

Breakfast:
half a block of smoked tofu
an apple
4 rice waffle stuff... but not with rice but with spelt
some plant based spread
~440cals

Lunch:
Canned ravioli
~280cals

Dinner:
blueberry soy yogurt with a banana
~440cals

Snack:
A popsicle
~120cals

Total: ~1280cals

I was thinking about eating more after dinner because I was a little low on calories in my opinion... but then my little rodent decided to not be my roomie anymore >_____<

Oh... and I weighed myself on Sunday: 89,2kg.

And I jogged 5min in total today (3-4min walk/1min jog) and made some exercises.

Erm... Is this slang for something horribly embarrassing?

Thank you. guys! Sorry, I'm bad at talking about such thinks directly x.x

Aaaanyway. Last week was... a mess. I think I'm about 60% soda at this point :leaving:
So I'll try 2000cals this week again.

But I sticked to the running plan so except for the rest day on thursday I went outside everyday in my workout clothes. Although I feel a little silly I think l this could help me because last week it increased the running phase by just 30sec per day and these little increases haven't killed my motivation... yet. Yesterday e.g. it has been 2min running/ 3min walking repeated four times. It just feels good to run again and for now I'm able to ignore most of the people passing by. I hope it'll stay this way :svengo:

Bad times happen. Getting back on track is what happens. Great work staying on track with your running anyway!

If you stick with your diary, you may just get used to talking about things.
Well done sticking with the running. Go you!

Can you give up sugary soda and replace it with diet? Or some other caffeinated drink? Have you ever tried?

Good for you on the run/walking!

Had to skip running today because I got home from work too late and had stuff to do at home x_x

Can you give up sugary soda and replace it with diet? Or some other caffeinated drink? Have you ever tried?

I tried but I don't really like the taste and the sweeteners just increase the possibility of me eating waaay to much :leaving: And I don't really like coffee that much .___.

Tea is good. To be honest I don't taste a lot of difference between diet and regular soda.
