Rubber_duckie diary

After a few days of birthday mayhem and indulgence I am back and geared up for more weight loss. Probably going to spend the next 2 weeks losing the weight I put on over the weekend - but it was worth it - you are only 25 once.
 
Am back properly on the diet as of today - I got on the scales this morning to see what damage the weekend did and I put on 3 pounds - really gutted! I am hoping that its just water/salt weight but I can't believe I ate that much. I was just mostly alcohol and I am sure my calories didn't go over 2000 each day. Whats done is done anyway and have got a good week of dieting before I go on my 4 day holiday next Thursday - hopefully I can shift the 3 pounds by then.

Have got rid of all the party junk food from the weekend and successfully given away all my birthday chocolates. The fridge is stacked up with fresh fruit and salad and I am just about to start my first of 3 litres of water.

I have changed my main goal to 130 pounds by Christmas. Its going to require a lot of work because I have fallen behind and also because I won't be able to diet on my holiday. I am determined to be close to my goal when I see my mother-in-law to be. I haven't seen her since I started the diet and so she will be able to see the big difference.

I promise I will try and make it round everyones diary at some point in the next few days, hope all is going well with you.
 
You can do it! You're back on the horse now, so ride him fast and hard...ok, I realize in retrospect that that sounds inappropriate, but you know what I mean. :p :p
 
HI RUbber Duckie!!! SOrry I haven't posted in a while... I've been sick but feeling much better now. Hope you are doing fantastic!!
 
Sorry guys,

I haven't posted for a while, don't worry I haven't fallen off the edge of the planet, am still here. Have had a very tough past month and completely gave up on the diet thing. The worse thing was that I couldn't even maintain the good work I did before, and managed to gained about 7 pounds. I am so disgusted with myself and feel terrible.

So I am back and this time I am going to work harder than before. I have decided to join a gym - going for my free trial soon and then will probably sign up until at least christmas. There will be no quiting this time and no breaking the rules, I am so determined to lose the weight, it is really important to me.

So today I start at 159.6 pounds
My final goal is 130 pounds
My interim goal is 140 pounds (Normal BMI)

I hope everyone elses weight lose has been going better than mine and I will try to pop into diaries in the next few weeks to say hi.
 
Had about 1000 calories today, and loads of water - feeling very hungry so will probably have a snack later. Going to make a packed lunch for tomorrow so I don't end up eating greasy food from the canteen. All is well for day one
