**oh Wherre Oh Where Has My Mate Gone? Oh Where Oh Where Can She Be?~~~~
 
Hey, well what an exciting week it’s been so far. We got all the jewelry and shoes for her dress. She keeps wanting to put everything on (including the dress) just to make sure it looks good lol but I told her nothing go’s on un till the night of the formal…so tonight is the night. Sam graduated on Wednesday (it was a very proud moment for us) and for her, she couldn’t have had a bigger smile. She has a busy day today but I hope she enjoys the moment. Im off for a Christmas lunch with the girls from work so I think I will have a drink or 2 to calm the nerves. I have ate like crap this week and I didn’t get half the things done that I wanted to get done my exercise has been crap as well so looks like a fresh start will be in order…. Im wondering how much weight I have put on while deviating from the path for a week though….frightening.
 
We all have those kinda weeks and days and whatever else...refocus yourself after all this is over...just wanted to say Hey <3<3<3
 
Breakfast
1 banana

Lunch
Toasted chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce

Dinner

Sage pork
140 g lean pork 2 ½
1 tsp marg ½
2 tsp chopped fresh sage 0
Mixed free veggies steamed = 4 ½
150g potato 1 ½ mashed with 2 tsp milk 0 and pumpkin 0
Brush pork with mixed marg and sage. Heat small non stick fry pan
Add pork cook for 3 minutes each side or until cooked. Serve with
Steamed veggies and mash.


Breakfast
1 bowl cornflakes 1 ½
1 banana 1 ½ 3 ½
4 strawberries 0
½ cup milk ½

Lunch
Soup and salad
1 ww can minestrone soup 1 ½
1 medium multigrain roll 2 =3 ½ points
Mixed free salad veggies 0
2 tablespoon salad dressing (ww) 0

Dinner

Spaghetti Bolognese
100g lean beef mince 3
½ cup pasta sauce 1
Mixed free veggies 0
120g cooked spaghetti 2 = 6 ½ points
1 dinner roll 1 heated and spread with 1 tsp marg ½
And ½ garlic clove 0 finely chopped
Mixed free salad to serve.
Heat a non stick pan, add mince, veggies
And cook for 5 minutes. Add pasta sauce and heat.
Serve over spaghetti with garlic bread and salad.

incorporate that into my routine!

This was advertised as a healthy burger but it had mayonnaise
And BBQ sauce on it.

This was my last day off so I had a few (ok lots) drinks.
Dinner
4 slices toast with vegemite

Breakfast
None (a bit of a hangover)

Lunch
My daughter has got a job at Coles (grocery store) and she had to
Go in for her induction. I met her up there when she had finished and we
Went out for lunch sooo

Steak sandwich and chips

Went back to work

Dinner

Pesto fish salad
200g white fish fillets 2 ½ grilled
Spread with
1 tbs basil pesto 1 ½ = 5 points
Mixed free salad 0
1 dinner roll 1

Im sorry im not getting to spend much time on here guys it’s just a little busy while I sort the kids out but in the next day or so I should be able to get to your diaries again.
