Well the boss’s wife left for china today… its going to be hectic at work for the next 3 weeks. I have to cook the rice tonight (it would have been nice if I had of been shown how) should be interesting. Busy day yesterday and work was hectic last night, Sundays are getting busier than Saturdays. Today im going to walk for at least 30 min (get off your butt Rhonda.)

Hi Chicka, I might give yout hat pm but honestly it is just all x crap...and I tend to get stressed as a single mom...I am always dragged in so many directions...sometimes i kinda start loosing it...I never feel like their is enough time and feel selfish for taking time for me...well trying to and such and hten there is all the other crap...sounds like you aredoing good thanx for stoppin in...I need to check in with you more...oh ya and weight watchers has ice cream, that kinda surprizes but kinda doesnt...LOL

Well Hun im not sure how you cook beetroot (I get it out of the can) but I can ask my mum she no’s how. that explains what beetroot is im sure you will no what it is it’s probably just called something different. Thanks for the encouragement. I hope your day is terrific.

T.L.A. give me a yell at anytime. I no what its like to be a single mum (I was for around 15 months when my 2 eldest were babies). Bringing up children Is not an easy thing to do on your own … hell its not an easy thing to do with a partner, so if by having a chat I can help in anyway im here for ya mate. There are a heap of different weight watches ice creams even cookies and cream lol have I look in the freezers Hun you may be surprised at what you find.

Pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, cooked, broiled, 3 oz
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup

SNACK
MINT PATTIE, 1 serving
Twist Licorice 4 vines, 1 serving
Fruit Salad, 115 grams
