Way to go...

Now that is incentive woman...That was way I frushed into joining a challenege....I fell bad for not doing the things I need to and letting everyone down...It is a good guilt trip...HEEHEEHEE...Just wanted to say hi and see how all is going with you...
 
BREAKFAST
9.30 am Coffee
2 slices toast with vegemite

12.15 yoghurt

12.50 minestrone soup

3.30 fruit salad

7.30 prawn toast

9.30 pm steak and pasta

10.20 40 min walk on treadmill
 
I sure did korrie but I really needed to do something drastic to get myself moving, fingers crossed that’s what this will do for me other wise I will just be shaming myself out.

Dariqueen I have joined a few challenges on here and even started 1 or 2 but I just haven’t stuck with it (blushes with embarrassment:eek: ) Im hoping that this will get me to stick to my commitments on here.

TLA I think the challenges on here are terrific but because I never stuck with them properly I though I should give them a miss until I can make myself fully committed. I don’t want to disappoint you guys anymore so im crossing fingers that this is just what I need to get my motivation back. I think it’s working though because I did 40 minutes on the treadmill after work:D , normally I would sit and think how tired I am an not get off my backside...:mad:
 
I have a bit of trouble with commitment too. :eek:
But it's ok. You get alot of support and by the end of it you actually want to lose weight not to let your teammates down. Not the ideal reason to lose weight, but it does help :p

I swore off challenges cuz I totalled tore myself apart in the July challenge. I might try one again only be kinder to myself this time around.

I took it a bit too seriously, but I think they're fun and certainly beneficial.

What did you buy me on your shopping trip ??

I finally get to bed at a decent hour last night and what happens…im awake before 5 (runs around screaming and pulling hair out).:mad:

BB thanks for dropping in, it’s always so nice to see a new face. Maybe all us delinquents should start a drop out club and see how long it lasts lol. I couldn’t find your diary yesterday :eek: I will try again today.

T.L.A if you ever see anything you want the recipe for in my diary give me a holler and I will post it for you.

OHD I don’t know about good deals but I got a wicked little spice rack:D . One thing I have noticed as ive traveled along on this journey is that im loving new flavors so spices are my new best friend.

T2 you will all have to pm me your addresses soon so I can post out Xmas cards. It takes between 3 and 6 weeks for you guys to get your mail from here, well that was my experience last year anyways. Then you can sit on your mail box and you may even get something lol. Im with you though I think I put to much pressure on myself to meet unrealistic goals and then just slink away from the challenge…but you it looks like you try and kill yourself to get there lol.

Pequin please come and bop me over the head, I may sleep a little longer lol:rolleyes: .

Ok I didn’t post yesterday because I ran out of time. Had a BBQ with a friend and her kids down at the park, I walked home from there (another ½ hour thank you). When we got home the kids went swimming and we sat and had a chat and a coffee. By the time she left it was time to get ready for work. Today im going for an early morning walk with another friend and then im meeting up with my sister for lunch. I will probably have a few drinks but I will try and be good, and tonight my hubby is taking me out for dinner. Tomorrow hubbys brother is coming over for a BBQ so I may not be on until Sunday night Monday morning. I’ve got 2 days off wooo hooo. :D :cool:

Fish burger…. A story with this
I was going to have rissoles (made from low fat mince) but they were left in the
Fridge. Luckily there is a fish and chip shop next to were we BBQED and I went in and brought a piece of raw fish and grilled it. Boy how things have changed, not that long ago I would have just got battered fish and chips

Dinner
Lean pork chop
1 med potato
1corn on the cob.

Snack
6 biscuits throughout the day…they are 1 point for 2.

Great job getting the raw fish and grilling it!! Someone in our neighborhood is slow cooker BBQing. Made my walk a little bit better, lol. Have a great day & enojy the date with the hub! Such a sweet pea!!

Good for you. Don't you love it when you make good choices? Aren't you proud of the progress you've made?
 
A new spice rack huh? I think I need one of those. I'm trying to find new ways of flavoring foods since I've banned salt in my house. I've been using bunch of spices I pick up at the local dollar store. :eek: :eek: But they work! Hoping to use some REAL stuff in the very near future.

Got any suggestions for spices I should try....and what to put them in/on while you're at it. I'm trying to become a "cook." :p My daughter seems to think I'm doing a good job...but she's 7 after all, to her I'm a Goddess. LOL
