I was at work the other night and we were pretty busy and the boss was a little stressed. I asked him a question and he yelled at me:eek: , I was furious:mad: . He yells at the other girls all the time and they say nothing to this man… so here I am slamming things and what have ya (you no cracking a darkie) stormed out after work finished. I told my husband what was going on (he was going to go in and smack him stupid) love that man… but I told him I would handle it. So off I went to work last night and did my nights work then when we had finished I walked up to him real close and personal and explained to him that that treatment was unacceptable. I couldn’t believe my ears when he said he was sorry and didn’t realize he had offended me. Goes to show you people will treat you only how you let them. We will see if I still have a job tonight;) .
 
Hi Rose. Thanks for your always encouraging words. Well done on pointing out to your boss the error of his ways. It makes you feel so good when you stand up for something you feel strongly about. What was the ad that the "not happy Jan" saying came from? I actually forgot that it was an ad until I read your post. He he he.

Well I didn’t get the sack lol they seemed to be waiting to see how I would react to them and when they seen I was happy enough they seemed to relax and we had a good night. Thanks for the support guys.

Ok I didn’t eat the apple yesterday for breakfast I was full from the toast and yoghurt.

= 18 for the day

I thought I had better say before someone comments lol, I am staying under my points allowance this week because I am going out on a girls night out tomorrow and I need to save a few points for the drinks….p.s M2M I made a note to myself not to get on the forum when I get home lol. I walked to the shops and back yesterday Hun but I have forgotten how many km that is…I will get my pedometer back on and let you no how far it is love.

A girlfriend and I went out for breakfast, it was yummy.
So far today I have done well with exercise
4 km walk
30 minuets on the tread mill
30 min walk home from shops
10 min on the rower
I will be drinking a lot tonight so I have been saturating my system with water but on the flip side I will be dancing a lot so extra exercise.

Oh, and well done (about the sit. at work) well done! *claps hands* I agree, I too found out first hand that people do treat you they way you allow them too. I wish I would have learned the lesson earlier in life, but i'm glad I know it now.

Nice job on the menu and you'll have to teach me how one finds portion control with lasagna - I admit, I'm weak when it comes to that stuff.

The walk was impressive T2 believe me …I was still recovering from the dancing on sat night, it took 2 hours lol.

Thanks newbride, didn’t stop me from putting on 700g this week though.

No stress newbride, im so used to being a human yoyo now. I think I have missed a days menu some how…I do remember I had pork and veggies for dinner.
