I'm not sure if I'd like a personal trainer. Sure, I think I would like an expert telling me how I can improve my workout. But on the other hand, I'm sure it would hurt.

A personal trainer would whip your butt into shape fast. I dont think I could handle it. I had one before and he told me to do situps and I cried..LOL. I have had 4 kids I dont think I could do a full sit up now...LOL. Anyway sweetie just popped in to see hoe you were doin.Hope your having a good evening...LOL..hope thats right.
 
I would love a personal trainer but I don't know if it would be for me having someone telling me what to do. It would sure get you in shape though!! And fast I'm sure!
 
I would cry too! LOL but it might do me some good right about now!
keep it up Rosie! and dont worry about the gain babe... the trainer will have that off in no time!

Scrappy the girl that trains us is pretty good, not real bossy or anything. (She is a tiny little thing and im a great oaf lol she is probably not game to give me too much grief)

How long have you been doing w.w.?.....And I have ALWAYS wanted to be on a bowling team!!!!....Do you wear bowling shirts with your name on them?.....lol

Lol no it’s just armatures well we are anyway lol. I have been doing ww since the 15th of November last year. It’s nearly my first anniversary. I still love it.
 
Doing great Rosered! Whoo hoo! Keep it up. How do you like having a trainer? I've had them in the past and i loved it. Your diet sounds interesting. What is a beetroot? Is that those red thingys? I tried a diet with beets once and I had to blend the beats and drink them with my nose pinched, lol. Go girl. Have a good day!
 
Oh mate I love beetroot but I don’t think I could ever drink it, as for the trainer … my belly is awful sore today.

Your food sounds yummy, but what exactly is a Beetroot, maybe I need to get out more but I am clueless!!!! LOL
 
I have wanted to get a personal trainer but havent done it yet. I do have one girl at the gym who is one that gives me free tips all the time...she so nice & so encouraging...Ive wanted to maybe talk to her..but i think ill wait until i hit a plateau again.

Hello Rose! Glad your trainer is working you. I like it when I am sore from a good workout. I had hired 3 trainers in the past and they were all amazing. I think the most benefit I got out of it was learning how to correctly exercise and weight train. So many people don't realize it's not how many reps you do, it's how you do them. My trainer showed me that I could do two reps of 8 situps and get the same out of it as someone who was busting out 50 haphazard ones. Also, it's helpful to have someone correct your posture while you are on machines. I didn't realize I wasn't using correct form and was actually working out different muscles than I thought. Anyhow, sounds like you are doing great! Keep it up. Pretty soon, you'll be training people, hehe.

Lol miss j I can’t see me training people in a hurry, I was buggered when we finished. They are good but im grateful I only have to see her one day a week at the moment lol.
