Hello Rose! Glad your trainer is working you. I like it when I am sore from a good workout. I had hired 3 trainers in the past and they were all amazing. I think the most benefit I got out of it was learning how to correctly exercise and weight train. So many people don't realize it's not how many reps you do, it's how you do them. My trainer showed me that I could do two reps of 8 situps and get the same out of it as someone who was busting out 50 haphazard ones. Also, it's helpful to have someone correct your posture while you are on machines. I didn't realize I wasn't using correct form and was actually working out different muscles than I thought. Anyhow, sounds like you are doing great! Keep it up. Pretty soon, you'll be training people, hehe.
