Kids can definately drive you nuts, but you have to be one step ahead of them and drive them nuts! LOL They'll never know what hit them.... "Mommy, you're silly" is what I hear most often. Hey it works for me!

Thanks girls im trying to keep it mixed up so I don’t get sick of anything. I brought 2 new cook books today one was the Annette Sym simply to good to be true 4 and the other one was Michelle Trute cooking with conscience. They both have cals, total fat, sat fat, carbs, fiber and sodium. The recipes look yummy. I have weigh in tomorrow night at 6 pm and all I need to loose is 500g to get to my 10% so wish me luck.

Well I didn’t quiet make it. I lost 100g this week, at least it’s a loss though and there’s always next week. I did still get my hair cut and coloured though and it looks much better and I have made an appointment for the 7th of June, I don’t ever want to wait that long again lol. My ww leader suggested that I apply for slimmer of the year next year so that gives me something to strive for. What a goal that would be. Anyway yesterday

Lol thanks girl’s im not sure if I would really enter it but I would sure love to be at goal by then. I have done well the last 2 days with exercise. I did 20 min on the bike yesterday and today I walked to the shops 20 min each way plus all the walking I did around the shops.

I think im doing a little self sabotage, as soon as im close to a goal I start to stray :confused: so im not going to worry about my 10% any more im just going to shoot for the 90s.
New start this week and back on the wagon ( :eek: fell of some were back there and they have just picked me up :D ) so
