Thanks girls im trying to keep it mixed up so I don’t get sick of anything. I brought 2 new cook books today one was the Annette Sym simply to good to be true 4 and the other one was Michelle Trute cooking with conscience. They both have cals, total fat, sat fat, carbs, fiber and sodium. The recipes look yummy. I have weigh in tomorrow night at 6 pm and all I need to loose is 500g to get to my 10% so wish me luck.
