Rolling back the clock

Ok so today's plan is running 30 mins back at 7.5 and then my whole weight routine but will drop the squats back down after the running.

I am really looking forward to it.

Am having people round later and doing food and I've brought a good mix of junk and healthy so I can try to be good!! :)

Looking forward to my weigh in to see if the increased calories is working!

Thanks Stacey!! Some days it seems like loads, other days just like I have a long way still to go!!!!

The big thing to me is getting to a 2 stone (28 pound) loss by the end of April.

I'm trying to lose 2 stone by the first week of May, so our goals are similar. Fingers crossed for both of us! :)

So great exercise today!! Ran 4km (30 mins) then did weights.

Sadly I was not well behaved food wise at all!!

Hmm at least they should balance each other out! :)

Fingers crossed Stacey! I have been pretty good at not getting too down about what the scales go, but I am going to be well annoyed if I don't make this one!

I am going away for work again in a week and a half for about two weeks, which is gonna seriously mess with my plans!!

So nothing particularly strenuous yesterday. Me and hubby went for a 6km walk accross the hills near us.

I say not strenuous but actually it hurt my thighs as they were obviously still a bit sore from squats the day before!!

It's the big weigh in tomorrow! I get to find out if eating more has made ne lose weight!!

I think I will prob go for a run tonight.

Urghhhhhh I feel absolutely rough! I feel like I an going to throw up any minute!! This is nit at all good as I have to go to work as I have a new starter today - urgh great.

I got out of bed just now for long enough to get on the scales and do sme measurements! I have put on 3 bloody pounds!!!!!! Arghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

But I have somehow lost in the last two weeks an inch round my bust, an inch round my waist, half inch round hips and put n an inch round my thighs?!?!

I am soo confused! I'd be more upset if I didn't feel so damn sick :-(

Aw sorry to hear your weigh in hasn't gone to plan. Did you eat anything heavy before bed? I noticed once when I had a McDonalds late at night, I went on the scales in the morning to find i'd put on 5lbs but the day after it went straight back off.

Is it your TOM? That often interferes with results i've found as I know do other people.

My final guess is that you're gaining muscle. Chin up, if you've lost an inch here and there, then you're defo doing something right! :)
 
Hey lovely - scales are funny & unpredictable sometimes...lol almost like girls....i seem to be having the same problem this week - with no aparent reason. BOOO! but hey just contiue wht you do and you ll be fine!!

Scales are stupid. True fact. You're either retaining water or due on your period or your just fluctuating. I have to stand on the scales about 10 times to get an accurate reading! Try again tomorrow, drink lots of water today. Feel better lovely x
 
Thanks guys!! I threw up twice after posting this morn - def not well.

Feel much better tonight, bit I have skipped weight lifting tonight.

Well I'm not on Tom, didn't have a big meal night before etc. So no excuses there! I wouldn't even mind if I was like ohh well I did x and y this week and so the gain is worth it. Etc!

Urgh well I guess i will have to look at them again in a couple of days and see if it's a one off!

I'm in the same scale boat as you - you just can't let it get you down. You've lost an inch here and there - so there are changes happening. I would also guess that the gain on your thigh is due to not measuring in the exact location as the previous time - it is very hard to get the same spot each time.

With you throwing up, that could definitely have an impact on your weight as well....your body is not feeling well, so it could be hanging on to things it normally wouldn't.

Chin up - you are doing great. And I hope you are feeling better.

Yep looks like I must have been - got on the scales this morning and i'm back down at 176 (which is 20 pound loss). Scales are soo confusing.

Anyway I have woken up feeling very well today which is great.

I really want to go for a run but I just can't fit it in today! :-(

I don't know what to do with my diet. I might give the eating slightly more approach one more week.... Hmmm. I dunno I don't seem
to be losing weight either way, maybe I just need to sit it out - at least I'm losing inches!!

I know its easy to say dont worrry about the scale - i m flipping hate what it shows this week...hehehe without any reason.
But honestly what counts is that you are losing inches!!!

Awww I hope you feel better about it soon!!!

I know I should be able to look past the scales but it's so hard!!!! Maybe I should remove them and rely on the tapemeasure?! But I worry about measuring in diff places each time etc.

Never mind another week etc...
