Ok so today's plan is running 30 mins back at 7.5 and then my whole weight routine but will drop the squats back down after the running.
I am really looking forward to it.
Am having people round later and doing food and I've brought a good mix of junk and healthy so I can try to be good!!
Looking forward to my weigh in to see if the increased calories is working!
