Thanks Jenna.
Wow what a busy day so far. I went to the gym first so I could make sure I got that in. After that I've been running around town getting ready for my daughter's birthday party. Picked up her present, the cake, the ice cream, and the pizza for the party. I can't believe I have all of those calories in my house! Then I went and got the balloons and put those everywhere. She is so excited! She doesn't know it yet but she is getting a gameboy, just like the one her best friend has.
Anyway, at the gym this morning:
5.25 miles on the bike (15 min warm-up)
3x12 chest flys
3x12 chest presses
3x12 shoulder presses
3x12 bicep curls
6.5 miles on the bike (20 in cardio/cool down)
Then it was time to hit the showers and get busy.
