Rocket Surgery 4 Dummies-Griff's Musings

One more thought everybody. I am convinced that a bad attitudes and bad moods weigh more than good attitudes and good moods....I'm just sayin'

So put a smile on your face, put down the ice cream, workout as if your life depends on it (because it kinda does) and have a great day!

You have mail:DLet me know if it didnt work and then maybe you can walk me through it or something...I had a hard time figuring it:(

Well I was able to sneak in a 30 minute workout at the YMCA after work before my family commitments tonight. I rode the bike for 13.5 miles in 35 minutes, not quite as fast as yesterday but still about 23 mph average. Burned 350 calories or so according to the machine.

It's all good...

Wow, what a day...work was work, you know how that goes. I finally convince the clock to say 5:00 and I head to the YMCA. I have a really great workout planned....hey why are all those cars stopped on the interstate....oh crap an accident! So I take the next exit and end up driving around streets that I am not familar with trying to find a way around this wreck so I can at least get some sort of workout in today. I ended up finally getting past the accident after almost an hour and now I just really don't feel like working out and I don't have time for the workout I had planned anyway. Thoughts of just going on home are racing though my head. I do know that I got to get somewhere soon because I drink over a gallon of water everyday I'm about to have an accident of my own. For some reason, my car drove to the YMCA anyway.

6 miles (15 min) on the bike for a warm-up

3x12 leg extensions
3x12 leg curls
3x12 leg presses
3x12 calf raises
(I need to increase the weights on all of these next time since I was able to finish too easily)

3 miles (10 min) on the bike for a cool down

Overall it turned out to be a pretty good workout, I'm glad it all worked out<---ha ha ha that's punny:rotflmao:

The good news is tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!!

Have a good one.

Let's do a happy dance for Friday!!!

:)I went out with a friend and had a crantini and a china white coffee - I had a delicious salad and some soup and great conversation - it was a nice way to relieve some of the stress and get my mind off of somethings temporarily...I might be able to rack my brain for a couple of other ways to relieve stress however...HA HA HA:D

Do you have any ideas...

I hope your evening went well:)
