wow, thats AMAZING! The most Ive ever done on one of those bikes is 45 minutes at the MOST, and Im assuming its because I never workout and then get these strange urges to randomly go to the gym and see how far I can push myself, haha. Usually its not too far. I need to start working out on a regular basis.. thats why im so excited to start college in a couple weeks- access to the student wellness center and the gym! So maybe Ill be able to kick my own butt too.

Congrats on that workout.. that's a lot of effort, and congrats on the weight loss so far!! Its great. Being in better shape means being healthier and more energetic for your kids. Isnt that right Mr. Super Dad? Isnt that what they've been calling you? haha.
