Hope everyone has a good day today! Planning on doing my leg workout today after work, then I'm taking the girls swimming. I stayed up too late again last night...on here...as usual - it was a lot of fun though. And who needs sleep anyway - it's Friday!

Yay! I get off work at noon today so I am going to treat myself to a huge Bloody Mary with a side of salad. Or maybe it's the other way around? Eith way, Happy Friday!

I hate that too... its happened to me a few times... its very frustrating:mad:

Howdy gang!

I decided to just do cardio today after work and save my leg workout for tomorrow when I will have more time. I rode the bike for 13.5 miles in 35 minutes. I don't know why but I really wasn't feeling it today on the bike. I could barely get my heart rate up even though I was going about thesame speed as I usually do. I switched to a interval program after a few minutes and that helped.

Got home and fixed a quick dinner and then went swimming with my little ladies. The water felt soooo good, it was perfect! We ended up swimming until a little after 9:00.

Just got them out of the bath and now I need to get them into bed. I'll try to get back on here in a bit.
