yup... my auto pilot sucks... if i dont watch what i'm doing my weight drifts up, back on the ball now though. Need to at least check in, in order to maintain.

But everything is pretty much awesome right now, hope its the same for everyone else!
 
Hey there Mr!! Glad to see your face! :) I hear you!!! My auto pilot sucks big time too..and then I find myself DRINKING and higher lbs! Back on it though!!! Glad life is good for you!? How's work? How's life, what you been up to?

Life is good, no major complaints, just coastin along working and what not, entering the hot season here in Tucson, Its definitely a little hotter with the extra insulation ive put on since last year.

I SERIOUSLY envy your cali weather!

I saw your video! such a HOTTIE! OWWW!!! lol :)

Well, I'm sure the insulation was doing it's purpose in the winter time at least! ;)!! The last time I had checked, I think you are a post man right?! Tons of walking no? :D!

Yep.. post man, lots of activity, but I'm a peanutbutter WHORE lmao...

I was in pasedena for a long weekend in may for a car show, I crash at a buddys house over there. not sure if i will be squeezing in another trip out there, cuz i have a cruise coming up in october with the fam. but next time Im out there I will definately get in touch with you!

little bit of a carb refeed in the form of a package of that sour fruit candy stuff :) mmmm... probably shoulda saved it for the movies tomorrow where i will undoubtedly be unable to resist the siren calls of a a package of red vines.... mmmmmm red vines
 
up only a pound from last week. Im suprised i didnt do more damage, 4th of july was a pig out fest. with mexican hotdogs, and cookies (although i said no to chips, a guys gotta have some control. right?), went to the movies and through down on some popcorn and red vines the day after, and topped it off with some pizza for dinner that day! yes... just a pound gained doesnt look all that bad afterall
 
What do you look like at 187? The same as your other pics?

..and yeah...after all that ...LOL....1 lb is good!
 
so my buddy was a no show for predators last night, maybe i should confirmed earlier than an hour before?

being a glass half full kinda guy I saved 20 bucks, and probably about 2000 calories lol
